Foster Cat: Bermuda | Community Spirit
Today we introduce you to another great animal in our foster program, Bermuda. Bermuda is currently under the care of our foster volunteer Yolanda Thomas. We are asking for your help to find Bermuda a loving home this week. Please share her story and photos with your friends, families, and communities. We are thrilled to report that in just the last four days, after reaching out to our incredible WHS family, nearly 100 cats and kittens have left our shelter through foster, transfer, and adoption. This just goes to show that together we can make a difference and save more lives! Please help Bermuda and more WHS animals this week!
Hi, my name is Bermuda. I am a 7-year-old female cat with a beautiful white coat with highlights of brown and black on my face and tail, and shades of brown on my back legs. Not only do I share the name “Bermuda” with the Bermuda Islands, we also have in common the color pink. The Bermuda Islands are known for their pink sand beaches and I am known for my pink ears, nose, and paw pads!
I am a low maintaince, laid back, mellow girl who does not require a lot of attention or fuss. In general, I have little to say, but I will use my “squeaky” little voice when I want your attention, especially at mealtime. I am a bit of a “foodie” and I really like chicken. I also like to check out what my foster parent is cooking or eating!
My passions in life are lounging in the sunlight, camping under my blanket on the couch, and curling up with my foster mom when she is at the computer. And I am a huge fan of catnip! I am not into jumping and running—instead I prefer to take things slow and easy. I would love to be an “only animal” companion to the right match.
If you are looking for a relaxed kitty, please contact my foster caregiver at firstname.lastname@example.org. I would love to meet you today!
