Photo Gallery | Local Stationary & Gift Store Celebrates Opening in Md.
Known for its exquisite custom invitations, stationary, and unique gifts, The Dandelion Patch, celebrated its grand opening celebration of its sixth store at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Md., on Thursday night with a block party full of surprises.
Guests who came out for the festivities did not leave empty handed as there was free food and drink from The Sunset Room by Wolfgang Puck, free Pinkberry treats, goodie bags, face painting, stilt walkers, live entertainment, and more. Additionally, there was a raffle where you could win great prizes like an overnight stay at the Westin or Gaylord National Resort!
Located at 142 Waterfront St., this chic boutique carries a large collection of gifts from Vera Bradley to Vera Wang, and William Arthur and Crane’s to the fashionable letterpress of Spark.
The space occupies 2,500 square feet, and local entrepreneur, Heidi Kallett, has multiple stores just like this in Vienna, Reston, Georgetown, and Leesburg.
I purchased a Vera Bradley cup and saucer for my boyfriend's mom a few weeks back, and she absolutely adored it. Stop by and check it out!
