MISSING: 37-year-old from Landover

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- Prince George's County police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing woman from Landover.

Police say Alishia Trava Bush was last seen in the 2100 block of Matthew Henson Avenue on Oct. 7 at about 2 a.m.

Bush is described by police as an African-American female, 5'5", 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Prince George's County Police Department's Regional Investigation Division- Central Region at (301) 772-4911.

Pedestrian killed in hit and run in MD

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- A pedestrian was killed in a hit and run collision on Saturday evening.

The hit and run occurred in the 6700 block of Annapolis Road in Landover hills, police said.

This incident is under investigation, we will provide more details as they become available.

11-year-old girl hit by ambulance in PG County

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- An 11-year-old girl was hit by an ambulance Friday evening, Prince George's County fire officials said.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of Greenleaf Road and Romney Court in Landover.

Paramedic Ambulance 806 from St. Josephs Fire/EMS Station in Springdale was responding to an incident when the girl was hit. The girl was taken to the hospital for pain in her lower extremities, officials said. Her injuries are non-life-threatening.

Witnesses said the girl may have walked out into the street from behind a Metro bus, officials said.

"It is a matter of standard operating procedure for the driver of the paramedic ambulance to undergo post-accident testing. Both members of the crew will also go through an internal safety review of the incident," according to a news release.

Man arrested for killing toddler after month long search

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A man wanted for fatally shooting a three-year-old was arrested in D.C. Tuesday morning, Prince George's County police said.

Police spent more than a month searching for Davon Wallace for the shooting death of three-year-old Knijah Bibb in Landover on August 10.

Wallace was captured by D.C. police officers at an apartment on Jasper Road in Southeast, D.C. at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Two adults and four small children were also in the home at the time.

Little Knijah's grandmother, Brenda Bibb, said Wallace is lucky the cops got to him before she did.

"If I was to have seen him, my intentions was to get him," she said.

WANTED: Md. Man who shot and killed 3-year-old

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- Davon Wallace, a man who shot and killed a 3-year-old in Landover, Md. on August 10 is being sought by Prince George's County Police Department.

Wallace shot and killed Knijah Bibb, 3, in Landover last month.

Police have been actively searching for Wallace and believe he may have connections with people living in Columbia, South Carolina. The search is still ongoing in the D.C. Metro area, police said.

Infamous pink Md. bank robber arrested

LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA9) -- Prince George's County Police Department has arrested a woman who dressed in all pink and robbed two banks in December 2013.

Crime Solvers received an anonymous tip, authorities said. The bank robber has been identified as 23-year-old Ariel Symone McFarlin of 8500 block of Fieldstone Way in Landover. Police said she admitted her involvement in both of the incidents.

Police say the woman robbed the Capital One Bank in the 5800 block of Eastern Avenue in Chillum, Md. on Dec. 27, 2013 at about 5:30 p.m.

The woman passed a note demanding cash to a teller, who complied in fear for her own safety, police say. The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
